The Total Joy Are You (TJAY) Autism Foundation is a New Haven-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to advocate, educate, and support individuals with autism and other unique abilities while promoting inclusion and opportunities across the lifespan. One of our signature programs is the EmpowerHER Pageant, an inclusive program designed to empower females with unique abilities ages 3 and up by building confidence, self-esteem, leadership skills, and community connections. This year's EmpowerHER Pageant will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2026, and we are currently seeking participants from throughout our community.
